Here’s Lenoire
The Montreal-based band started in New Orleans, they ultimately crafted and recorded their first material in a once flooded studio in Chalmette, Louisiana.
LENOIRE defines themselves as Art-Rock; their diverse sound is influenced by Soul, Rhythm’n’blues and 60’s proto-prog while maintaining a future facing artistic gaze.

Off The Cuff (LP 2020)
LENOIRE’s first album Off The Cuff is a vibrant work, with an original sound inspired by 50’s R&B and 60’s rock as much as it is inspired by modern Brit pop and classical music. This mix of influences creates a unique aural journey in which the listener is transported between worlds and between dreams.
Created while on tour, it represents the feelings of freedom on the road, the anxieties of the future and of the unresolved past. Freeing and engaging, Off The Cuff will remind you of the beauty of genres gone past, as LENOIRE expertly adapts and modernises their mid century modern influences. With soaring pianos, earth crunching guitars and free flowing vocals, Off The Cuff explores the edges of LENOIRE’s artistic vision, pushing for new territory.
Satisfaction (EP 2018)
Ripe and complex, Satisfaction witnesses the love held by the band for classic Rhythm’n Blues. Pared down to six songs, this short album unfolds itself through a grand stylistic exploration and rises with its energetic vocal harmonies and the natural spontaneity of LENOIRE
Consideration (EP 2017)
With a grunge and progressive approach, this EP marks the entrance of LENOIRE into the Montreal scene. The two songs, recorded swiftly, demonstrate a creative volition pushed to its breaking point, showing the darker side of LENOIRE. Confident and scathing LENOIRE’s second EP allows an underlying beauty to shine through.
Seven Coffee Street (EP 2016)
Written and recorded during a bohemian passage in New-Orleans, this heart warming and simple EP presents bare bones instrumentation juxtaposed with refined vocal harmonies. This calm and powerful work lays the groundwork for the identity that will blossom into LENOIRE; these songs are ever present on stage to this day.
